Kadijah Spencer

As human resources coordinator for American Baptist Home Mission Societies (ABHMS), Kadijah Spencer enjoys having the ability to be a resource to each department of the ABHMS community. Her goal is for any ABHMS team member to be able to come to her with any concern and receive valuable information.

She says, “As employees we all value someone who is resourceful, transparent, and supportive. My position allows me to be all three and to create valuable relationships that maintain longevity within the company, thus resulting in high productivity due to valued work and being valued.”

A bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University in Philadelphia, along with experience in recruitment, employee development, diversity inclusion, and employee relations, helped to prepare her for her position at ABHMS.
