As senior financial analyst for American Baptist Home Mission Societies (ABHMS), Gina Haas handles the accounting and administration of the organization’s Common Investment Fund
and other investments.
“I am thrilled to put my accounting skills to work in a nonprofit organization,” she says. “I feel fortunate to play a role in the stewardship of ABHMS’ financial resources, which are available to improve people’s lives across the country.”
Haas is no stranger to the nonprofit sector, having worked with endowments at Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia. Other roles have included those at Santander Bank and J. Knipper and Co. Inc. In addition to her professional experience, Haas has served as a Sunday school teacher, treasurer and cookie manager of a Girl Scouts of America troop as well as treasurer of a local parent-teacher organization.
