The Program Director provides leadership and execution for the Hope After the Storm Initiative. This role is responsible for effectively implementing the activities of the initiative. This includes overseeing national strategy, multi-region coordination, systems development, and partnership cultivation to ensure that ABHMS effectively equips congregations and communities to respond to disasters with equity, compassion, and excellence.

This role ensures that complex, multi-region efforts are executed with clarity, consistency, and excellence. The initiative requires strong administrative leadership to ensure coordination across multiple regions, partners, and program components. This role provides the organizational backbone that allows the initiative to function effectively and sustainably.

The Director of Development (DoD) is a senior leadership position within the organization and the architect of its development future. The DoD designs, builds, and leads ABHMS’ fundraising strategy, donor relations, systems, and development initiatives to secure the financial support that advances organizational goals. The DoD will need to establish the strategy, infrastructure, team, and culture of generosity needed to carry ABHMS into its next chapter and toward a $5 million annual contributed-revenue goal.

We are looking to hire a proactive motivated communicator with great listening skills who has a customer- service orientation and problem-solving skills to join our team. The Digital Engagement & Sales Associate will use their knowledge of ABHMS and Judson Press products, events and services to connect with customers, vendors and constituents to generate sales and enrollment in our events. With guidance from ABHMS communications and marketing professionals, as well as other key ABHMS staff, the Associate develops sales pitches for products, events and services.
