Alexzandria Sanchez

As the Director of Scholarships, Ministerial Grants, and Emerging Leaders Initiatives, Alexzandria Sanchez is dedicated to changing lives through the remarkable gift of education.

“As a first-gen Latina graduate who attended Ithaca College on a full merit scholarship, I am aware of the role scholarships play in a student’s academic and personal achievements.”

While bringing awareness to American Baptist Home Mission Societies’ many resources, Sanchez has also been excited to build relationships with award recipients. She says, “Sometimes you need someone in your corner, acknowledging that your work is important and reminding you that your goals are worth investing in.”

She is actively involved in her community, advocating for social change and supporting justice-centered initiatives to provide resources and opportunities for underserved populations.
