Each year, American Baptists come together through the America for Christ (AFC) Offering to support ministries that bring healing, hope, and transformation to communities across the United States and Puerto Rico.

The 2026 America for Christ Offering invites congregations to reflect on how faith is shared, remembered, and lived out across generations. Through worship, learning, and service, churches help carry forward a shared story of how generosity and action help shape God’s work in the world.

This page provides digital versions of the 2026 AFC campaign materials that are being distributed in print to American Baptist churches. These resources are designed to support congregations as they plan worship, engage members of all ages, and create their own internal appeals for the America for Christ Offering.

How AFC Gifts Make an Impact

Contributions to the America for Christ Offering help support a wide range of ministries, including:

• Leadership development for pastors, chaplains, and laity

• Community-based ministries that address hunger, housing insecurity, and economic hardship

• Justice-focused initiatives responding to systemic inequities

• Faith formation and discipleship across generations

The bulletin inserts and worship resources included in this year’s campaign offer concrete examples of how AFC gifts are at work in communities across the country.

Congregations are encouraged to utilize AFC resources in ways that best align with their worship life and community. Your church may choose to:

• Incorporate AFC materials, including campaign FAQs and bulletin inserts into worship services or special offerings

• Use digital resources in newsletters, emails, or social media

• Encourage thoughtful participation in the America for Christ Offering throughout the year
