Judson Press, ABHMS invite American Baptists to restock the [library] shelves
VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 12/20/18)—The lights are back on at Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. But the library and its book collection are not yet fully functional for those preparing for ministry.
Judson Press and American Baptist Home Mission Societies invite scholars, pastors, teachers, students, readers and book lovers to join them in restoring and strengthening the seminary library in San Juan. Financial gifts of any size will allow the library to purchase needed new titles, particularly in interdisciplinary studies.
Individuals, classes and congregations seeking more information about giving to “Restocking the Shelves”—including an interview with the seminary librarian—will find it online.
Gifts will be accepted by credit card online or by checks made payable to Judson Press and mailed to 1075 First Ave., King of Prussia, PA 19406. Please designate “Library” on the memo line.
Funds received for the library at Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico by Judson Press customers and American Baptist churches and donors will be matched up to $2,500.
