ABHMS launches America for Christ 2021; resources available online
VALLEY FORGE, PA (ABNS 1/22/21)—American Baptist Home Mission Societies (ABHMS) announces the launch of its America for Christ (AFC) Offering 2021, “For the Purpose of Equipping Saints.” Based on Ephesians 4:11-13, the theme focuses on ABHMS ministries that empower disciples and equip leaders. Contributions to AFC allow ABHMS to provide needed support to communities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
ABHMS’ website features a variety of resources to help your church support the AFC campaign. “Mission Moments” during your church service are two one- to two-minute testimonial videos that illustrate ABHMS’ efforts to support disciples and leaders. Additional videos will be added over the next several weeks.
Available for download in English and Spanish are the Leader’s Guide, flyers, bulletin inserts, clip art and evaluation forms. Among other available items are a virtual speakers form, photographs and a frequently asked questions page.
ABHMS’ ministries—along with the ministries of our mission partners—are making a transformational difference in the lives of so many individuals and families. Consider giving today.
