Denise Janssen, M.Div., Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Christian education at the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia. An ordained American Baptist minister, she possesses extensive pastoral experience gained from serving both a United Methodist congregation and various Baptist churches.

Dr. Jessica Young Brown is a licensed clinical psychologist whose work focuses on the intersection of faith and mental health. She is enthusiastic about helping individuals and organizations achieve wellness by exploring God’s intentions for holistic health and well-being.

Carmichael D. Crutchfield is an ordained elder with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and a professor of Christian education, spiritual formation and youth ministry at Memphis Theological Seminary in Tennessee. With formidable experience in youth ministry and spiritual formation, Crutchfield provides practical guidance and insights for faith leaders and caregivers alike.

The Rev. Dr. Virginia A. Lee is an associate professor of Christian education, director of deacon studies, and director of the Master of Arts in Faith, Culture, and Educational Leadership at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, Illinois. Her teaching revolves around child advocacy that centers the voices and experiences of children.
