Human Resources Generalist
As human resources generalist for American Baptist Home Mission Societies, Joy Liggett says her role is to help foster a positive workplace and help shape the company culture. She believes strongly in finding solutions to problems that benefit the well-being and performance of the organization and its employees.
“I am fully invested in our colleagues’ well-being spiritually, physically and mentally,” she says.
An advocate of work-life harmony, Liggett says her goal is the alignment of employee passion and profession. She seeks to find ways to “harmonize our energy, invest it and make life richer,” she says.
Liggett is pursuing a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Chestnut Hill (Pa.) College.
