Growing Trends of Chaplaincy & Specialized Ministries

This workshop will begin a discussion around the best practices to providing spiritual care and counselling in rapid changing times.  Some of the topics that will be discussed are:  Palliative Care, Hospice Care, Bio-Medical Ethics, Moral Injury, Trauma and Research.

Participants will begin to explore and have open dialogue that will discuss how to cultivate their skills and theological practices as they apply them to minister to the other in these changing times. This workshop is open to Chaplains, Pastors, Spiritual Leaders; anyone who is interested in understanding the basic dynamics of spiritual care in these areas.
