Mission from the Gospels graphics key

The Trinity.
This graphic frequently introduces information for each unit and is often used for each week’s small group study.

The Cross and Empty Tomb. Like the Trinity graphic, this symbol introduces information or provides insight into materials studied.

The Community at Prayer. Beside each prayer graphic are suggestions for group prayer. These suggestions are intended to facilitate—not limit—a study group’s praying together.

The Community Interacting. This graphic indicates group activities, particularly those to occur during group sessions. Each session offers the opportunity to work together and investigate contents related to reading the Gospels through the mission lens—sometimes with one other person but most frequently as a small group.

The Community in Action.
Found at the end of each week’s lesson, this graphic is an alert to activities or assignments that will help you enter your neighboring community and prepare for next week’s lesson.
